Modelling
What should I do to become a model?
Email a few clear photos
1. of your face. Make sure you are not wearing sunglasses or a hat so we can see your features and hair
2. full length. Make sure there are no other people in the full length photo - just you, standing against a plain wall
What is the minimum height for a model?
To be considered for a career in modelling, you need to be 173cm for a girl or 183cm for a guy
What age can I start modelling?
You can start a career as young as 13. A chaperone (parent or guardian) will be assigned to you
What about being a plus size?
There is more and more interest for a fuller figure. Is your skin flawless and are you confident?
When do I get paid?
A client is given 90 days grace to pay. At Reeder, we pay one to two weeks after you invoice the office
Do I need to pay any money up front?
No. You don't need to pay money upfront to join an agency. If you need to have photographs taken, please check with the agency for a list of reputable photographers
Workshops
What is the theme for graduation?
Every workshop will be told their theme at the beginning of each class and all through the 11 week program.
How do I pay for tickets for the graduation ceremony?
You can pay by direct debit, in person or at the door of the Reeder Models event, The Arts Centre, Bundall
How many tickets can I buy?
Your son or daughter will attend the event for free. You can purchase as many tickets as you like for friends and family
